Returns & Refunds Policy – Fridgepix

At Fridgepix, every item is handmade to order and personalised just for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This policy is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which state that personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the usual 14-day return right.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or defective on arrival. Please ensure that all photos and text are uploaded correctly when placing your order, as we cannot make changes once production has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or we’ve made an error, we’ll happily replace it.

To report a problem:
1. Email info@fridgepix.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review and respond within 2 working days to resolve it.

Cancellations

As production begins shortly after your order is placed, we’re unable to accept cancellations.

Image Quality Guidelines – Fridgepix

At Fridgepix, we want your personalised photo magnets to look amazing. Because every product is made to order, the final print quality depends entirely on the image you upload.

Please read the following carefully before placing your order:

✅ Best Results

To get the best possible outcome, please ensure your photo is:
1. Bright and clear – Avoid very dark or low-light images
2. High resolution – Ideally from your phone’s camera roll or a good-quality original (not screenshots or social media downloads)
3. Well-centred – Faces, pets, or key subjects should be in the middle of the frame, not off to the side
4. Uncropped – Leave space around people or pets so they’re not cut off during printing

Our magnets are 50mm x 50mm, so tightly cropped or blurry images won’t print well.

⚠️ What Doesn’t Work Well

Avoid uploading photos that are:
1. Very dark or heavily filtered
2. Screenshots or compressed files
3. Subjects cut off, off-centre, or too far away
4. Group shots with lots of tiny faces

We do manually edit or adjust your images — they are printed as st the best possible high quality.

🧾 Responsibility & Refunds

It’s your responsibility to check the quality of the images you submit. Because all products are personalised and handmade, we can’t offer refunds or replacements for poor-quality images unless there’s a fault with the printing itself.
